In 1997, Marvel Comics® and Fleer skybox released Fleer Ultra Spiderman ‘97 cards, at the tail end of a booming era in memorable Marvel Card sets. But this set would include rare and revolutionary chase cards that were truly epic in concept and execution. Gone were the special foils, die-cuts and holograms of the past. Instead, spotting card packs at very tough odds (1:288 packs, or 1 in 12 boxes) were amazing Sketchagraph chase cards! Fleer skybox had 34 of the top Marvel artists, from Silver Age legends to modern greats, autograph and sketch unique pieces of Spider-Man artwork on blank canvas Sketchagraphs. Some artists turned in as little as 5 or 10 cards. The pieces were gathered, stamped and embossed with the =skybox= Seal of Authenticity, and inserted into packs before the set release. My collection features original works of art from 31 of the 34 Marvel artists who lent their talents to the FUSM ‘97 project. I’ve built the most complete set on Earth, and an utterly unique Spider-Man Rogues Gallery in professional pencils and inks. ~ Video tour of a Vauxhall Viva Estate i have saved from “Banger Bashing”. The car is presently a non runner, due to the Carb needing a service & i think- bottom suspension bushes need doing. Basically, still a very solid car, which was driven to the garage i picked it up from. Very COOL car which has to be kept on the Rd. i don’t have the time,equipment etc to do a proper job. Superb restoration project. Very clean interior. Very Rare car. Needs some work to become a stunner. Already registered as scrapped with the DVLA, the car has no paper work, except for my receipt, so the car will need re’registering. For anyone with the correct tools, know how, garage etc, this will be an easy car to get healthy & well road worthy again. i very much don’t want this Viva Estate to be scrapped. Many thanks ~… |
